Privacy Policy

One State Solution Political Action Committee ("OSSPAC", "we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. Questions: info@osspac.org.

What we collect

• Contact form — your name, email, message, and your explicit consent to store and respond. Stored only after you opt in.
• Shop orders — your shipping address and order details, collected in Stripe Checkout and sent to Printify for fulfillment; we store the order and shipment status. Payment is processed by Stripe — we never see or store card or bank numbers.
• On your device only — your cart and accessibility preferences are kept in your browser's local storage; they are not sent to us except when you check out or submit a form.

How we use it

To respond to inquiries; process orders; send receipts, confirmations, and shipping notices (by email from info@osspac.org); fulfill merchandise; and meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Service providers (data processors)

• Stripe — payment processing (stripe.com/privacy).
• Printify — merchandise fulfillment (printify.com/privacy).
• Microsoft Azure & Microsoft 365 — hosting (US, East US 2) and email (privacy.microsoft.com).
• Cloudflare Turnstile — bot protection on forms (cloudflare.com/privacypolicy).

Cookies & storage

We use only essential browser storage (cart, accessibility settings). We set no advertising or cross‑site tracking cookies. Turnstile may set a short‑lived token to verify you are human. You consent to essential storage via the banner; you can clear it anytime in your browser.

Retention

Raw contact‑form messages are minimized after 9 months unless under legal hold. Order and payment records are retained as required for tax and accounting purposes and are not auto‑deleted.

Your rights

Email info@osspac.org to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Note: records we must keep for legal or tax reasons (e.g., order and payment records) are retained for the required period.

Children

osspac.org is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

We will post any changes here with an updated date. Material changes affecting how we use your data will be highlighted.

Video and image hosting

Video and image files are served from Microsoft Azure Blob Storage (US) and from this site. No third-party video player, embed or tracking script is used; playing a video sends only the ordinary file request to that storage service.
